Customer Payments

We ask that you can pay within 21 days of cleaning.  We know you can’t always be available when we clean your windows , so we have set up this facility so that you can make payments with as little fuss as possible.

NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN until you have authorized a direct debit and then ONLY WHEN WE HAVE CLEANED YOUR WINDOWS. We will notify you that payment will be taken with Direct Debit and the amount after every clean.

The direct Debits are created with The UKs #1 for online Direct Debit 

Using GOCARDLESS for payment.

  • We will only take payment when we have cleaned your windows and will always leave a note to notify you of this and of the amount.
  • The easiest way for you to pay
  • You can set up a Direct Debit which allows us to take payment ,when you’re not in, automatically.
  • Payment is normally made around 10 days after having cleaned your windows.
  • You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
  • You can cancel anytime through your GOCARDLESS account.
  • Takes the hassle out of finding money when we come or when you are not about.

By setting up a Direct Debit you are authorizing us to take future payments.
